Position: Sales Manager

Business Scope: Import and global sales of cocoa powder, cocoa butter and other cocoa raw materials

About the Company

We have been in the cocoa industry for many years and operate our own production factory. Our products are sold to many countries worldwide, supplying cost-effective, high-quality raw materials to food enterprises across the globe.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop overseas clients through multiple channels; research target markets and adjust development strategies

• Communicate with clients, prepare quotations, negotiate deals and finalize orders

• Follow up on order progress and coordinate smoothly with internal departments

• Maintain regular customer contact and collect market trends and business demands

• Assist with customs declaration, inspection and other daily assigned tasks

Job Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English, able to handle full cross-border business communication

• Solid experience in international B2B sales and familiarity with global market operations

• Prior experience in food raw materials, cocoa or a related industry is highly preferred

• Strong skills in client development, negotiation and relationship management

• Self-driven, good at time management, able to work independently under pressure

• Open-minded with a global business vision and comfortable working with international partners
