Classified by ingredients and cocoa content
1. Dark Chocolate
- Cocoa content: usually ≥50%, commonly 70%-90%.
- Features: bittersweet balance, no milk or a small amount of dairy products, containing cocoa solids, cocoa butter and sugar.
2. Milk Chocolate
- Ingredients: cocoa solids (10%-50%), milk solids (such as milk powder), sugar.
- Features: sweet taste, light brown color, smooth texture.
3. White Chocolate
- Ingredients: cocoa butter (≥20%), dairy products and sugar, no cocoa solids.
- Features: rich frankincense, milky white color, high sweetness.
4. Ruby Chocolate
- Features: Natural pink color, made with special cocoa bean fermentation process, with berry sour flavor, no artificial coloring.
